History

CAB was founded in 1984 by Clarence A. and Bonnie J. Betts, with Bonnie as sole owner and Clarence the General Manager. CAB continues today under Bonnie’s direction as Owner/ President/CEO, with her daughter Karla Hansen assisting as General Manager.

CAB was started as a Millwright Contractor, which developed a need for metal fabrication. The focus of the business shifted in the early 21st century to manufacturing of steel products for the Agra based customers the millwright crew served, expanding to large steel bases and fuel tanks for OEM Manufacturers of standby generator units. Sumps and stacks for quarries, and steel beams and other structural components for the building industry, also add to our product mix.

CAB is proud of the craftsmen and craftswomen it employs, and their ability to work with a customer from concept to completion of a project.  Quality and On Time Delivery are two aspects of service each employee is proud to say they represent.

CAB has earned the right to be an AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction) member, with the vision and determination to be a primary source Division 5 supplier of both materials and installation. Our 75,000 s.f manufacturing facility, and our skilled installation field crews, have the ability to meet market needs.
